
A postdoctoral research position is available in the Department of Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center to work on a Research project.
Research Topic: Characterizing strategies to promote visual system and retinal regeneration using molecular biology, genetics, viral engineering, and in vivo animal models.
Ph.D. with major coursework in the field of assignment, no experience required, and less than six (6) years of postdoctoral research experience. Candidates with research experience in visual system, retina or eye diseases are highly encouraged to apply.
May confer with industrial, governmental, or other professional groups with respect to progress or results of research assignment.
