We combine cutting-edge experimental and computational approaches to investigate gene regulatory networks at molecular, cellular, and systems levels.
Current research areas include:
• RNA expression regulation and its role in cancer biology
• Functional genomics and gene regulatory mechanisms
• High-throughput multi-omics approaches, including RNA-seq, CRISPR screening, single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics
• Integration of bioinformatics and genomic data analysis
