of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Postdoctoral Researcher will contribute to policy-relevant research funded by federal and state agencies, focusing on early childhood, family well-being, public health, and education systems. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team led by Dr. Heather Rouse and other investigators across Iowa State University and partner institutions.
This team specializes in mixed-methods research using national datasets, state administrative data, and survey/focus group approaches to examine early risk and protective factors in children’s home and community environments.
