
The Postdoctoral Fellow (Level A) will contribute to a research program focused on developing novel small molecule therapeutic approaches for cardiovascular disease within the Vascular Biology and Translational Research Laboratory Reporting to Professor Levon Khachigian and Head of the Laboratory, the role will undertake high-quality experimental research using a range of molecular, cellular and animal model techniques to advance the understanding and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team, the Postdoctoral Fellow will design and conduct experiments, analyse and interpret research data, contribute to publications and the dissemination of research findings, and support the broader research program. The role also involves participating in laboratory meetings, conferences and collaborative research activities, while contributing to the supervision of research students and the ongoing development of research excellence. The role has no direct reports.
