If you're looking to be an entry level Fleet Mechanic, this is the job for you! Inspect all equipment as it comes off the road, make simple repairs as needed and help the experienced technicians in the shop!

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Inspect all equipment as it comes off the road.

🔹 Making simple and quick repairs to keep our trucks and trailers rolling

🔹 Help our experienced techs in the shop and learn from the best

🔹 Detail trucks and keep them presentable rolling down the road

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep accurate maintenance records.

🔹 Work as part of a skilled team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For

✔️ CDL or certifications are a plus but not required.

✔️ Ability to lift and move heavy equipment—this isn’t a desk job.

✔️ A team player with a commitment to quality and safety.

Work Environment:

This position is located in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation. The role may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced environment involves time-sensitive and safety sensitive operations and may include various shift schedules to support production and distribution needs.
