What You’ll Do

  • Provide Exceptional Care Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient.

  • Lead & Collaborate Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring seamless teamwork.
  • Communicate with Purpose Build bridges between physicians, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care.

Your Work Schedule

  • Part Time Role (.6 FTE) Enjoy flexible 12-hour shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

  • Every Third Weekend Rotation Balance work and personal life while making a difference.

What We’re Looking For

  • Iowa RN License A current license is required to join our team.

  • Education While a BSN is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.
