Post Sale Servicesis responsible forproviding our clients with an accountable and dedicatedteamto dealwithand respond to their post-sale transactional queriesacross Live and Online salesWorking with other members of the Post Sale Service Team,Shipping, Finance and Specialist Art Departments,thePost Sale Servicecoordinatorwillmanage,overseeand provide ownership forthe in-person collection desk,facilitateproperty release and provide administrative support to thePost-Saleteam.  Coordinatorsperformsa daily review of all outgoing shipments, acting as the final compliance and payment check for all property. They alsofacilitateonline checkouts, keep our inbox and workflow running smoothly, manage check and cash deposits, and work to proactively clear aging inventory out of our warehouses with regular inventory tracking and client outreach.This will be achieved whilst upholding Christie’s Client Service Standardsfor our both our internal and external clients.

  • Ability to exhibit flexibility in daily tasks and projects.

  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and be an ambassador for Post-Sale Services.

  • Ensure timely communication to colleagues and clients.

  • Client facing or similar role advantageous.

  • Additional languages advantageous i.e. Spanish, Chinese, Italian, French.

  • Understanding of/experience in the auction industry is beneficial.

  • Confident in using MS Excel, Outlook and Word
