We are looking for two highly organised and detail-focused Post Room Scanning Indexing Assistant to join our team, one full time (37.5hrs per week) and one part time (18hrs per week).
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate processing, storage and management of client records and documentation, supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
You will be responsible for digitising records, maintaining document integrity, managing retrieval and storage activities, and providing administrative support to ensure service levels are consistently achieved.
Transfer, scan and index documents and images into electronic and digital formats.
Retrieve, deliver, file and store records in line with operational procedures and daily schedules.
Dispatch, destroy and audit client documentation in accordance with established processes and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is stored securely and efficiently.
Carry out administrative and clerical duties to support day-to-day operations.
Deliver timely and effective support to customers, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within document management processes.
