Merchology seeks a Post-Production Associate for our PA Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Post-Production Associate is a critical role that will ensure Merchology products are professionally and purposefully shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Post-Production Associate will:

• Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
• Be responsible for batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders.
• Communicate via email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues.
• Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address, missed decoration, or cancellations.
• Assist with post and shipping functions as needed.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
• Basic computer skills
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite, HubSpot, ShipHawk preferred
• Spanish bilingual a plus
