About the Position:

The Post-Processing Coordinator will support internal quality assurance across all client deliverables, ensuring that our completed jobs meet both client expectations and PlanOmatic’s internal quality standards.

This role is responsible for reviewing submitted photography, floor plans, and 3D work prior to client delivery. This position’s scope is centered around ensuring a consistent and positive client experience, and identifying trends that improve our order delivery, workflows, and overall production quality.

Reports to: Operations Manager, will eventually be reporting to the Post-Processing Lead

What this role entails:

Retouching & Quality Assurance

  • Receive jobs in our post-processing queue (including photography, floor plans, and 3D tours), review for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality
  • If a job meets client-specific guidelines, internal quality standards, and brand consistency expectations, complete standard retouching and post-processing workflow
  • If a job does not meet all requirements, re-route as appropriate following internal SOPs (rescheduling, quality escalations, etc)
  • When post-processing tasks and QA checklists are complete, close out the job and trigger client delivery

Post-Processing Tasks

  • Process post-processing tasks for client jobs, including
    • AI virtual staging
    • Object removal in Photoshop
    • General image adjustments in Lightroom
  • Review Zillow 3D Tours, including interactive floor plan and 2D floor plan file
  • Execute virtual staging accurately, working with our virtual staging vendor to ensure spaces are furnished and decorated in a way that is realistic, on-brand, and client-appropriate
  • Perform clean, professional object removal using AI tools and Photoshop techniques (content-aware fill, cloning, masking, compositing)
  • Complete specific Photoshop requests such as car removal, sky adjustments, color corrections, retouching, and other client-specific edits
  • Manage a job queue, meeting daily turnaround targets without compromising quality

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in photo editing, post production, or a related visual quality role
  • Strong proficiency in most current versions of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
  • Hands-on experience with AI editing tools (e.g. virtual staging, retouching, object removal)
  • Solid eye for composition, lighting, color balance, and realistic image quality
  • Experience in real estate photography editing is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with object removal and content-aware fill techniques
  • Ability to work with high volumes of images while maintaining consistent quality

          • Mac (minimum requirements)
            • MacOS: Sonoma (version 14.x or later)
            • RAM: 8GB
            • Graphics card: newer than 7 years
            • Monitor Resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher; 8, 16, and 32-bit colors are all supported
            • Free Hard disk space: 10 GB
  • Ability to work during specified shift hours, we are hiring the following days with shift options of 8am - 4:30pm MT or 1pm - 9:30pm MT
