About You

• You will have the ability to communicate and build rapport both face to face and via phone to identify and meet the needs of all people we work with, providing support to achieve sustainable, meaningful education and employment.

• You will build awareness about Joblink Plus by establishing relationships and networks across community, employers, and other services.

About the Role

The purpose of the position is to provide appropriate support to employers & participants to maintain existing employment placements and develop future employment opportunities, along with sourcing documentary evidence as a result of successful employer engagement to ensure claims can be processed efficiently and effectively.

Some specific responsibilities will include:

• Provide intensive support to both employer and employee post placement;

• Build meaningful relationships with employer and employee;

• Provide advice and/or support to site leaders and operational staff with respect to post placement support, claims and outcome related activities as required.

• Identify and monitor employment placement compliance, issues and trends and report to manager.

• Data Entry

Experience in employment services is helpful but not essential, Joblink Plus provides an extensive induction program and ongoing support to ensure you are successful in your new role.
