About the Role:
This is an identified Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander position under section 14 of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act, 1977.This is a permanent part-time position working approximately 32 hours per week based within the BEST network with a preference for our Tamworth or Broken Hill site.
The Post Placement Officer provides high quality support to their relevant Operations Department. They play a key role in achieving key performance milestones such as Outcomes and Progress Payments, while also ensuring contract delivery and performance requirements are met.
A central focus of the role is to deliver post placement support tailored to each customer’s individual needs. This support is balanced with a strategic approach to maximising sustained employment outcomes and quality of service for our customers.
