About the Role:
This is a permanent part-time role, working approximately 30 hours per week, based within the BEST footprint. We are currently recruiting in Dubbo, Tamworth, and Broken Hill.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people succeed in employment. Whether you come from employment services or bring transferable skills from administration or customer-focused roles, your ability to build relationships, stay organised, and communicate effectively will set you up for success. You’ll work closely with site teams, employers, and customers to provide post-placement support, ensuring placements are maintained through meaningful engagement and ongoing support.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting performance outcomes by lodging progress and outcome payments (including 4, 12, and 26 week milestones) accurately and on time, while maintaining strong compliance with program requirements. You’ll use your attention to detail and confidence across IT systems to manage administration efficiently.
