Job Description

What you’ll do:

Would you like to act as the key link between our factory and our customers in project deliveries? In this role, you will combine technical expertise with end-to-end responsibility for specially designed products through our systems. As a Post Order Project Manager at Eaton, you will lead both small and large deliveries, ensuring progress, quality, and profitability. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, playing a central role in delivering successful outcomes in an international environment in UPS, Medium voltage, Safety products and LV-Panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out project deliveries (UPS, MV, Emergency Light, and LV-Panels)
  • Project deliveries that ensure the target figures within DB/DG as defined according to target figures for the company.
  • Lead small and large projects towards public and commercial customers.
  • Lead under Suppliers/partners.
  • Lead FAT together with the customer in Eaton's factories abroad
  • Reporting of figures
  • Deliver projects at the agreed price and on time
  • Ensuring that orders are placed in SAP
  • Project follow-up, towards sales department and subcontractors
  • Ensuring purchases from subcontractors and the Purchasing Department
  • Supply chain management follow-up
  • Prepare documentation according to project deliverables
  • Respond to technical questions and technical support
  • Necessary reporting to superiors

Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineer Electric Power / Technical College
• Electrical background / experience from the field

Skills:

  • ERP-SAP Knowledge
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language skills
  • Familiarize themselves with processes within their own processes in the department:
    • Report improvement proposals/deviations
    • Follow process descriptions for: Project department and service department
    • Follow Eaton's Health and Safety Policy
