About this Position

As the Post Merger Integration
Lead (d/f/m), you will be a core member of the integration management office.
You will design and manage the commercial integration of acquired businesses
and assets in alignment with Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ strategy, values,
and deal thesis. You will develop and execute detailed project plans, oversee
key operational transformation, and contribute to realizing the full potential
of each transaction.

What you´ll do

  • Establish the overall commercial (go-to-market)
    integration strategy and detailed integration plan together with the
    integration business sponsor
  • Operationalize, drive and
    realize identified deal synergies
  • Define key value drivers &
    KPIs, integration priorities, and operational initiatives to achieve value
    & track success of initiatives against targets
  • Work with the business team,
    functional integration leaders and acquired company to break down barriers
    and identify risks/ mitigation plans to deliver on the deal thesis and
    critical business results
  • Prepare and present regular
    progress reports to executive leadership
  • Capture lessons learned and
    recommendations for future acquisitions to continuously improve
    integration M&A playbook
  • Support ad-hoc projects and
    analyses as required

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in business, STEM or related
    fields
  • 8+ years of M&A
    integration, consulting, or operational experience, with at least 5 years
    of direct M&A integration experience focused on commercial
    customer-facing integration activities
  • Proven track record in
    undertaking commercial integrations across multiple acquisitions and hands
    on experience in designing and implementing initiatives to realize value
  • Expertise in M&A, change
    management, and operational integration best practices, tools, and
    methodologies
  • Excellent communication and
    stakeholder management abilities, with a proactive and collaborative
    approach
  • Exceptional project management,
    organizational, and attention-to-detail skills necessary for driving
    complex, global initiatives
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Willingness to travel (as
    needed) to support deal activities and integration
