Job Description

Postdoctoral Research Position in AI-enabled Biomedical Devices: The Holcombe Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Clemson University invites, along with the NSF ADAPT-SC center, invites applications for a postdoctoral research position specializing in AI-enabled biomedical devices for the advancement of personalized and transformative healthcare. The successful candidate will contribute to NSF and NIH funded projects and collaborate with a wide network of researchers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop AI-based methods for biomedical and health informatics
  • Disseminate research findings through peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings
  • Collaborate with academic institutions, industry partners, and interdisciplinary research teams
  • Mentor graduate students in research projects

Qualifications

A PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
