About the Role:

As a PBS Practitioner at ORS, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
  • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
  • Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals
  • Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
  • Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong clinical experience supporting individuals within the disability and mental health sector, supporting wellbeing, independence and individual goals
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills
  • Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support
  • Car and License essential
