As part of our Positive Behaviour Support team, you will join a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment focused on empowering people with disability to live safer, more independent and fulfilling lives. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and offers strong clinical support, reflective supervision and flexible working arrangements. You will be supported to deliver evidence-based, person-centred support across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings.
About the Role
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality PBS services to participants across SensesWA and external referrals. You will work closely with individuals, families and support networks to develop and implement person-centred behaviour support strategies that uphold dignity, choice and quality of life.
This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support and the opportunity to grow your career within an experienced allied health team.
