At Aspect, we're looking for a passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Port Macquarie. This unique part-time opportunity combines two days per week working alongside the Learning Support Team at our Aspect School with one day providing itinerant PBS supports in the community.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Registration ( mandatory) with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
  • Tertiary qualification ina relevant allied health discipline (Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work etc.) or Education
  • Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ certificate. If you have not already completed the free module, click here to access it.
  • You may be required to provide an international police clearance

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
