RGH-Global is recruiting on behalf of a respected social care provider in London, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their Specialist Support Team and help deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care across London, with a particular focus on services in Ealing and Balham.
This is a flexible role offering hybrid workingyou can work from home or from an office depending on your preference. Youll also travel to homes and services approximately 2-3 times per week, though this may vary depending on your caseload.
