About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our
alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most
respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means
our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

• 
  Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to the Management team to ensure SLAs are met effectively and efficiently.
• 
  Escalate client or staffing issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.
• 
  Meet regularly with your Managers to review KRIs and KPIs and implement plans to mitigate risk and resource constraints.
• 
  Review and approve the materiality of portfolio risk, with respect to unsupported cash and position differences, as part of the sign off process.
• 
  Act as the lead person for your function and collaborate with respective leaders across the business
• 
  Support the migration of tasks from other locations, to ensure of a seamless transition, along with the conversion or launches of any new clients, as it relates to Loan holdings.
• 
  Ensure the Management team are actively engaged in staff development and succession planning and that they apply effective hiring and retention strategies.
• 
  Familiarize yourself with the wider objectives of the group and demonstrate and awareness and a drive to meet predefined targets.

About You:

• 
  Bachelor or Master level degree.
• 
  10+ years in Financial Services with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• 
  Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.
• 
  Excellent communication skills.
• 
  Strong customer service skills
• 
  Experience mentoring and coaching staff.
• 
  Knowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds.
• 
  Professional accounting designation is an asset.
