About the Opportunity

At Arch Amenities Group, we believe wellness is more than a service — it’s an experience that allows people to relax, recharge, and feel their best. At the spa at Casa Monica Resort & Spa, we bring that philosophy to life by creating a welcoming sanctuary where exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and well-being come together in a truly distinctive setting.

As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a beautiful, historic resort environment where every guest interaction matters. From the moment guests arrive, you’ll help set the tone for their spa experience by creating an atmosphere of warmth, tranquility, and genuine care.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in making others feel special. As the first point of contact for our spa, you’ll play an essential role in creating memorable experiences that encourage guests to return, unwind, and make their well-being a priority.

Joining Arch Amenities Group means becoming part of a team that values connection, thoughtful service, collaboration, and personal growth. Here, you won’t simply be welcoming guests — you’ll be helping create meaningful moments of relaxation and renewal in one of St. Augustine’s most distinctive resort settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Help cultivate a peaceful, inviting, and elevated spa atmosphere where guests feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.
  • Assist guests with spa reservations, treatment inquiries, amenities, and service recommendations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to ensure a seamless, personalized spa experience.
  • Manage appointments, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with daily front desk operations.
  • Process transactions accurately and assist with retail sales, gift certificates, and spa offerings, as applicable.
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the spa’s commitment to quality and wellness.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and memorable guest journey.
  • Communicate guest requests, feedback, and operational needs to the appropriate team members.
  • Support daily spa operations, including inventory, supplies, facility presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Uphold Arch Amenities Group’s service standards, policies, and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture where thoughtful service, teamwork, and guest well-being are at the heart of everything we do.

What We’re Looking For

  • A warm, welcoming personality and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect naturally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • A professional, polished, and service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor in a busy hospitality environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
  • A team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a supportive, wellness-focused workplace.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, spa reception, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Why Join Us?

At the spa at Casa Monica Resort & Spa, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to creating experiences that leave guests feeling refreshed, restored, and genuinely cared for. Through Arch Amenities Group, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your hospitality skills, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a culture that celebrates wellness, service, and personal development.

If you love making people feel welcome, appreciate the details that make an experience extraordinary, and want to be part of a team that brings relaxation and well-being to life every day, we invite you to join us.
