Job Description

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Point-of-Sale (POS) Analyst manages the end-to-end processing of monthly customer POS data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for sales credit, SIP compensation, and agent commissions. This position partners with the business and customers to handle POS transactions and to investigate and resolve data discrepancies, changes, or missing records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Processing of Monthly POS data:

• Ensure accurate and timely POS data processing by leading the end to end setup of POS customers, and issue resolution supporting reliable sales credit and compensation outcomes. (Gets Results / Thinks and Acts Strategically)
• Improve data quality and reporting reliability by collecting, cleansing, and loading monthly non EDI customer POS data into SAP, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal standards. (Gets Results / Acts with Integrity)
• Safeguard data integrity through proactive analysis of POS data to identify discrepancies, inconsistent reporting, and root causes—reducing downstream sales crediting issues. (Thinks and Acts Strategically / Gets Results)
• Drive faster issue resolution and customer confidence by communicating directly with customers to investigate and resolve POS data discrepancies and reporting gaps. (Champions Customer Success / Collaborates)
• Enable accurate sales crediting by partnering closely with the NAS Sales Reporting team to ensure POS requirements are met and aligned with business rules. (Collaborates / Builds Organizational Capability)
• Strengthen operational effectiveness by maintaining a strong working knowledge of products to support accurate POS reporting and issue resolution (Builds Organizational Capability)
• Reduce claim processing errors by reviewing and correcting claim error messages, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing rework (Gets Results / Acts with Integrity)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of related experience. Preferable manufacturing background.
  • Knowledge of ECC SAP & Business Warehouse
  • Technical proficiency in MS Excel including V-look ups, Pivot Tables, general formulas
  • Strong independent decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with internal customers and external trading partners
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and must work well in both a team and individual environment.
  • Ability to understand data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete requests and assignments in a timely manner.
