Job Description

POS Partner – HR Operations & Transformation

At ENGIE, we are building a carbon-neutral future. Behind every infrastructure and energy solution, there are people and processes that make it happen. We need someone who can bring structure, insight, and excellence to our HR operations — someone who sees the bigger picture while mastering the details.

As our POS Partner within the T&G business unit, you will be at the heart of HR transformation. You will connect local teams with Group standards, drive data quality, and deliver the insights that shape smarter decisions. Your work will directly support the people who power the energy transition.

What You'll Do

- Champion the deployment of Group POS standards and conduct annual compliance reviews across HR processes.
- Formalize local HR processes using standardized tools such as SOPs and Handbooks, while driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Lead internal control for the HR function as the second line of defence, ensuring accountability over process controls.
- Drive HR data quality by monitoring reliability, completeness, and consistency in Group systems using tools like Visier, PowerBI, and Celonis.
- Manage positions lifecycle (creation, modification, inactivation) in coordination with HRBPs, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of digital HR tools, acting as HRIS subject matter expert and managing system enhancements.
- Produce People Insights analyses and monitor HR performance indicators to support strategic decision-making and local Business Reviews.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in HR management and HR operations within an international, matrix organization.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms, data management, and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Celonis, Visier).
- Track record of leading transformation projects and supporting teams through change.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across local, platform, and Group networks.
- Strong advisory posture and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for process optimization.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Location

Pune — Hybrid working arrangement with flexibility between on-site and remote days.

What We Offer

- A competitive salary package aligned with your experience and expertise.
- A diverse range of missions spanning HR transformation, data analytics, systems management, and performance insights.
- Stimulating work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people operations within a global energy leader.
- A friendly, collaborative work environment where your ideas and expertise are valued.
- Flexibility and work-life balance through our hybrid working model.
- Clear career development paths with access to international projects and continuous learning opportunities.
