Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Telecommunications Support Agent to join our team in Athens, with a fully paid relocation package! In this role, you will provide high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with their telecommunications services and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding telecommunications services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products, services, and policies
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support, ideally within the telecommunications industry
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (fully paid relocation provided)
