PORTUGUESE-SPEAKING HOSPITALITY TRAINER | MOZAMBIQUE Exciting permanent opportunity in luxury hospitality! My client is looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer to develop and inspire hospitality talent in Mozambique . The ideal candidate will have a strong operational hospitality background, particularly in Front Office/Guest Services and Housekeeping , combined with a passion for training, coaching and people development. Requirements What we’re looking for: Relevant Hospitality Qualification 3–5 years’ hospitality operations experience Experience in Front Office/Guest Services AND Housekeeping Previous training, coaching or mentoring experience Fluent written and spoken English & Portuguese Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills Excellent organisational and administration skills Passion for developing people and creating future hospitality talent Luxury lodge or hospitality experience advantageous Benefits Live-in
