Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking FinTech Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a fully paid relocation package. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with high-quality support and assistance for various FinTech products and services.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in Portuguese
- Provide timely and accurate information about FinTech products and services
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on the latest FinTech trends and company product offerings
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support within the FinTech or financial services sector
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Athens with full relocation support provided
