In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our marketplace platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about listings, orders, payments, and platform functionalities
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer issues and improve the platform experience
- Guide users on best practices for navigating the marketplace
- Gather client feedback to help enhance our services and offerings
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on platform updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplace environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing high-quality service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and customer support tools
