Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese
- Assist customers with technical questions, product usage, and troubleshooting
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Provide timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology sector
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- Proficiency with customer support software and tools
