Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opening for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Food Delivery Service Department in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our food delivery services.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with their orders, delivery issues, and service inquiries
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with delivery teams and restaurants to resolve customer issues
- Provide guidance on promotions, menu options, and service details
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in training sessions to ensure knowledge of food safety and delivery processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in food delivery or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for service
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with food delivery apps and technologies is a plus
