In this pivotal role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers with their inquiries related to Dyson products and services, ensuring they receive outstanding support and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding Dyson products
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management
• Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Educate customers on product features and usage for optimal performance
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services
• Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about Dyson's evolving product line

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technological or retail sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus
