Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to Disney + services
- Provide guidance on account settings, subscription plans, and content navigation
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve client issues efficiently
- Stay updated on Disney + content and features to provide informed assistance
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings
- Participate in training sessions to boost knowledge about Disney + and improve support skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in media or entertainment services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with streaming services and technology is a plus
