Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for Portuguese-speaking clients, providing customized customer solutions that meet their unique needs and foster long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to Portuguese-speaking customers
- Assess client needs and deliver customized solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and resolutions
- Identify and recommend improvements based on client feedback
- Assist with client onboarding and training processes
- Stay informed about company services, products, and market developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly specified in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation costs covered
