In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from our Portuguese-speaking customers, offering solutions to their problems, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Your efforts will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese and English through various channels
- Effectively manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Collect feedback from customers to aid in service improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Passionate about providing excellent customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
