We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to our Portuguese-speaking clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from our Portuguese-speaking customers, offering solutions to their problems, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Your efforts will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese and English through various channels
• Effectively manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
• Collect feedback from customers to aid in service improvement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Attention to detail and effective organizational skills
• Passionate about providing excellent customer experiences
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
