Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Address client inquiries and provide solutions regarding our products and services
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that arise
• Educate clients on the latest product features and benefits
• Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement
• Engage in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about product updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a busy environment
