Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Expert to join a leading telecommunications company based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with various telecom-related inquiries and issues.
Your role will involve providing timely and effective support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s reputation for outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer support in Portuguese
- Assist customers with telecom products, services, billing, and troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to solve customer issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling telecommunications products
- Participate in regular training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and enhance service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with professionalism and patience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate or work in Athens, Greece
