As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Portuguese-speaking customers with inquiries and issues related to their Fitbit devices. You will play a crucial role in helping users get the most out of their fitness products while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit products and services
• Guide users through product features and best usage practices
• Document customer interactions comprehensively in our support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues effectively
• Promote user engagement and satisfaction by providing helpful insights and solutions
• Maintain a friendly and professional approach in all communications

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support is preferred
