Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Fitbit Product Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, offering a fully paid relocation package. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with innovative health technology products and deliver exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking Fitbit users.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers in troubleshooting product issues, guiding them through device features, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese through various communication platforms including phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve Fitbit product issues efficiently
- Guide customers on product features, functionality, and best practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and solve complex problems
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers
- Offer feedback to improve products and customer service processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in product or technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation assistance provided
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools is advantageous
