Mercier Consultancy is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Travel Company with a full relocation package to Greece. In this vital role, you will provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with travel arrangements, bookings, and inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in communicating clearly and effectively with customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues that arise. As part of a dynamic team, you will help create memorable travel experiences while enjoying the benefit of relocating to beautiful Greece.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel advice
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure excellent service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve services and offerings
• Stay informed of travel regulations, promotions, and destination information

Relocation: This position includes a full relocation package to Greece, covering visa assistance, accommodation support, and relocation logistics.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with flexibility and adaptability
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
