Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Gaming Platform team. In this engaging Junior role, you will provide top-tier support to Portuguese-speaking gamers, assisting them with inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in delivering clear and empathetic communication, helping users enjoy a seamless gaming experience. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese addressing gaming platform inquiries
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and gameplay issues
- Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical and game development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve platform features and services
- Stay informed about the latest updates and trends in online gaming
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for online gaming
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in gaming or tech industries, is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
- Enthusiasm for online gaming and knowledge of gaming platforms is highly desirable
