Mercier Consultancy is actively seeking a motivated Portuguese Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce Platform team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to relocate to Greece, with support provided throughout the relocation process. As a key member of our customer service department, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in Portuguese.
- Provide product information and support related to the e-commerce platform.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation assistance provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
