Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Banking team in Athens. In this role, you will provide expert support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with digital banking services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless banking experience through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Portuguese related to digital banking products and services
- Assist customers with account management, transactions, troubleshooting, and digital platform navigation
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Document and track all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical and banking teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay informed on new digital banking features and industry trends to provide proactive support
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking, finance, or digital services
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Athens with full support provided
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital banking platforms is a plus
