Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Customer Agent to join a dynamic team specializing in subscription-based services, with the opportunity to relocate to Greece. This role is perfect for candidates fluent in Portuguese who are eager to work in an international environment and provide outstanding customer support.

In this role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing inquiries, resolving subscription issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with the company's services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients
• Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, and account management
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is required. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your application.
