Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Portuguese Customer Agent to join a leading online marketplace team based in Greece. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience on the marketplace platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients
- Handle inquiries related to product listings, orders, payments, and general marketplace services
- Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex customer issues
- Continuously contribute to improving service quality by sharing customer feedback
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about company policies and marketplace updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application documents.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably within online marketplaces or e-commerce
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support
