What we are looking for
The Sales Performance Specialist will be the SPOC for business planning and monitoring across Retail Excellence, Sales, and Marketing with the following responsibilities:
He/She will report directly to the Retail Excellence Manager and will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing Directors to deliver reports and insights to steer the business.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
What you’ll need
3+ years of working experience on analyzing data and making recommendations and commercial decisions based on insights generated
Proven experience in building reporting tools and dashboards. Work knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau visualization tools.
Very strong Excel skills. Automation capabilities will be considered a plus.
Previous experience in querying/managing BI platforms is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields like Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Big Data, Marketing Analytics, etc

Critical thinking, strong analytical skills combined with a very good business acumen.
Ability to turn data into actionable insights and draws conclusions.
Ability to cross-check and combine information from a variety of sources.
Good communication and cooperation skills to work in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Portuguese will be considered a plus.
