Are you interested in helping clients across the spectrum of asset managers and financial institutions address complex valuation, pricing, and credit questions? As a professional in our Portfolio Valuations practice, you’ll work alongside experienced specialists to analyze illiquid and complex instruments, translate market and portfolio dynamics into defensible conclusions, and deliver audit-ready, decision-useful insights for stakeholders.

The team
Our Valuation & Modeling team provides financial modeling for business planning, transactions, and operational improvements. We conduct valuation for tax purposes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, bankruptcy, and risk management. Additionally, we support audit processes with fair value measurements.
Deloitte’s portfolio valuation services undertakes debt valuations for some of the largest global asset managers and financial institutions, advising clients on either standalone transactions or on a periodic basis.As part of our debt valuation work, the team values private debt, structured products, loan portfolios (corporate, residential mortgage, credit card), commercial real estate (CRE) debt and assets, residential mortgage pools, stressed and distressed assets, intercompany trades, and private equity, among other asset classes.
Globally, Deloitte assesses valuations for 26% of the top 50 global asset managers and serves nearly 50% of the top 50 real estate companies by revenue.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,300 to $240,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
