Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support the development of the flavor bank portfolio (Tier 1 & Tier 2) by compiling and organizing flavor data.
• Utilize Excel and internal systems (e.g., FS) to process data and track work progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and enhance a comprehensive flavor bank collection.
• Maintain accurate records of flavor bank data, including inventory control and stock management.
• Prepare flavor samples for evaluation, including dosing and application in relevant formats.
• Participate in flavor evaluations to build familiarity with flavor profiles, characteristics, and descriptors.
• Perform basic data analysis (e.g., Pivot Tables) to support reporting and insights generation.
• Assist in day-to-day project execution, including flavor matching tasks in collaboration with Senior Designers.
• Support lab operations by preparing applications, ensuring accurate ingredient weighing, maintaining housekeeping standards, and adhering to laboratory safety requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Degree in Food Science or a related scientific discipline.
• High level of hygiene awareness with willingness to comply with lab safety requirements, including wearing PPE (lab coat and safety shoes).
• Open to handling and tasting a wide range of food products, including pork and non-halal items.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel demonstrated willingness to learn and apply data management skills independently.
• Keen interest in food tasting, sensory evaluation, and new product development.
