We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in a Direct Contract role, Portfolio Support.

Responsibilities:

The role holder is responsible for supporting portfolio management for IWPB, especially in light of Ivory project and the focus to retain balances. Priority will be on affluent segment as the segment holds majority of the balances. Role holder will support, including but not limited to:

  • Support the analysis of portfolio performance
  • Create regular Portfolio program tracking
  • Create relevant Portfolio programs, including execution and communications at channel level
  • Support customer communications pertaining to portfolio activities

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in managing customer portfolio particularly in the affluent segment with complexity of multiple product and business lines.
  • Experience in driving customer portfolio management taking into account different behaviors of each customer segment,
  • Strong business acumen and drive – preferably minimum of 8 years’ experience in the banking industry.
