Job Description
The International Mission Board is seeking a Portfolio Success and Campaign Specialist for a 1-year Contract to provide analyst support, coordination and oversight for our Giver Ministries efforts.
The Portfolio Success and Campaign Specialist serve as the operational backbone of portfolio management and campaign execution by integrating data analysis, lead qualification, compliance oversight, campaign logistics, and performance monitoring to maximize giver relationships and fundraising effectiveness.

Schedule: Fulltime, 1-year contract
Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced platforms and CRM tools to analyze fundraising activity and identify trends, attrition risks, performance gaps, and elevation opportunities.
- Translate complex giving data into actionable recommendations that strengthen giver engagement and portfolio health.
- Partner with fundraisers to evaluate portfolio composition, engagement cadence, and revenue patterns, recommending adjustments that improve portfolio effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
- Develop dashboards, reporting resources, and performance summaries that support leadership decision-making and organizational accountability.
- Maintain oversight of portfolio assignment standards, revenue attribution accuracy, and adherence to organizational policies related to documentation, moves management, and giver records.
- Evaluate prospective and current givers for portfolio placement based on giving history, research insights, capacity indicators, and strategic alignment.
- Maintain expertise in portfolio management best practices, segmentation strategies, campaign operations, moves management methodologies, and giver engagement principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field, preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in fundraising operations, data analysis, campaign coordination, or portfolio management
- Experience working with CRM systems and donor databases, including maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting campaign execution, event logistics, and cross-team workflows
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively
- Ability to collaborate across teams, including leadership, fundraising staff, and volunteers
- Skilled in building relationships and supporting stakeholder engagement
