Your responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve pipeline and portfolio transparency across projects, markets, technologies, development and execution stages
  • Define, refine, and track KPIs across development and execution, aligned with strategic and operational objectives
  • Drive portfolio evaluation, prioritization, and clean‑up initiatives to ensure focus on value‑adding projects
  • Support strategic decisions on resource allocation, market focus, and portfolio balance
  • Create transparency on trade‑offs, dependencies, and opportunity costs
  • Identify systematic risks, bottlenecks, and performance patterns across countries, technologies, or stages
  • Proactively highlight underperformance and structural issues, and support mitigation measures
  • Translate data into actionable insights and management‑ready narratives

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, portfolio steering, or related business functions, with strong understanding of the RES project lifecycle from development to execution
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive prioritization, alignment, and follow-through across complex cross-functional environments
  • Proven ability to steer performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and support strategic portfolio and resource allocation decisions
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of renewable project value drivers, development risks, and portfolio trade-offs
  • Ability to translate complex data and portfolio dynamics into actionable insights and management-ready narratives
  • Senior, proactive, and hands-on personality with a structured working style and the ability to challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement
